Terms of Service (TOS)

This is a City of Phoenix information system. Only authorized computer users may access it. Unauthorized use may be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties. The City owns all information residing on its information systems and reserves the right to monitor systems, electronic communications, and usage to support operational, maintenance, security, and other activities. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring. In accordance with Arizona's Public Records Law, information created or transmitted using the City of Phoenix information system may be subject to public disclosure.

Linking Third-Party Accounts

For convenience, you may use third-party accounts (like Google & Twitter) to your myPHX311 Service Account. Please be aware that the myPHX311 service will not share information or make posts on your linked account. Granting third-party sign in allows users to link an account, instead of creating another new online account. Users will still have to manually set-up their myPHX311 service profile details (name, address, phone number). If you choose to link a third-party account, but later need help retrieving or resetting your password, you will have to contact the third-party directly for assistance. myPHX311 service cannot provide technical assistance or password recovery help for any third-party accounts.

The myPHX311 service system has been tested in modern browsers on Windows and Mac environments. The City of Phoenix recommends all users upgrade to the most recent version of your browser for the best experience.
