      Thank you for contacting the City of Phoenix Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Program. Reservations are currently closed for HHW home collection requests. To learn when collections will start again, please contact us at hhwcollection@phoenix.gov.
      Only 1 HHW home collection is allowed per Solid Waste customer per calendar year. Any additional requests submitted will be cancelled.

      Only customers with a solid waste account are eligible. Please refer to the upper right corner of your City Services Bill to obtain your account number. If you are unsure of your eligibility to participate in this program, please contact the HHW team at hhwcollection@phoenix.gov.

      The PIN protects your privacy, prevents unauthorized access to your account and allows you to access your account information using our IVR phone system and PHX Pay Online.
